Using social networks in business

چکیده

Social media platforms and channels are being increasingly used nowadays, influencing almost all types of businesses. mainly as a source information means dissemination knowledge that may change the opinions people. They can be considered very important business marketing strategies since they participate significantly in creating new opportunities, building stronger position market, or transformation consumer behaviour. The main goal paper is to determine which social networks most commonly their purpose. To achieve goal, method questionnaire survey was used, total 237 respondents participated. results show entities mostly use Instagram activities, for promoting company, followed by Facebook, through sell products attract employees. In addition, companies also communication channel with employees customers.
